Fanflare is a platform that connects fans with celebrities and content creators to request personalized video messages. The Service allows users to browse creators, place orders for custom video content, and receive personalized messages.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by the creator. Payments are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). All prices listed include applicable taxes. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Videos created through the Service are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or use the content for commercial purposes without explicit permission. All intellectual property rights in the videos remain with the creators.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not request content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates any laws of Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or content of videos. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
